Cancellation policy

All Ritual rings are made to order, with production beginning immediately after your order is confirmed. Due to the nature of our made-to-order process, we are only able to offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase.

To cancel within this window, please log in to your account, go to Orders, and select "Cancel order", or contact us directly at info@ritualrings@co.uk as soon as possible.

We understand this is a shorter window than some retailers offer, and we're sorry we can't extend it further. Once production has begun, materials are committed and the ring is being crafted specifically for you, making cancellation after this point unfeasible.
